Why Give to the CIA
The CIA is unique as the first institution of higher education dedicated to the
food and hospitality arts. Throughout the world and its history food has
sustained, celebrated, and united cultures; and continues to do so. The
hospitality industry employs a significant percentage of the working class in America
and throughout the world. By providing accessible education to all members of
society, the CIA promotes the profession by pairing sophisticated and diverse
techniques in food and hospitality management with talented and dedicated
aspiring culinarians from all walks of life.
Through giving to the CIA, Alumni,
distinguished food service professionals, and world leaders in hospitality and
philanthropy collaborate with the College to make a difference in culinary
education. You can give by providing funds, knowledge, services, or products
necessary to offset the cost of an education.
