New Bakery Café By illy Opens at Greystone
The sweet smell of success wafts through the air at Greystone. It is the smell of fresh baked breads, cookies, pastries and gourmet coffees being made by baking and pastry arts degree students and faculty in the college's new Bakery Café by illy. The new cafe has just opened to the public.
The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone Names Education Dean
Russell Scott, one of only 66 Certified Master Chefs in the United States, has been named dean of education of The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) at Greystone. In his new role, Chef Scott will be responsible for the quality and effectiveness of all education programs at the CIA campus in St. Helena, CA.
