The Culinary Institute of America (CIA), San Antonio will hold its Latin Flavors, American Kitchens conference October 6–8, 2010 at our new San Antonio campus.

Full Program Scholarship Available

During this year's IFDA/IFMA Sales and Marketing Conference taking place on July 11–13, the CIA will be providing attendees and exhibitors the chance to win a full scholarship to attend the Certified Culinary Sales Professional Program (C.C.S.P.).
