Meredith Walter who graduated CIA with her A.O.S. in Baking & Pastry Arts in 2011 and just completed the bachelors program in October 2012, has won the Lindt Excellence Recipe Challenge. Lindt will produce Meredith's Lindt Mocha Coconut Bar as a limited-edition dark chocolate bar.
