Striving For Confectionery Consistency



Greystone alumna Kristen D'Angelo '08 believes consistency is key to the success of her bakery.  After traveling the country working for small bakeries and learning what it takes to operate them, she's ventured off on her own.  Kristen is already assisting other young individuals interested in pursuing careers in the foodservice industry.
