Monday, February 18, 2013 – President's Day

4 p.m.
The Reception in the Barrel Room

To celebrate the day, we will feature California wines that have been served at White House State Dinners over the years and the hors d'oeuvre inspired by those dinners.

5:30 p.m.
The Ceremony in the Hall of Fame

Bronze bas-relief sculptures of our 2012 inductees, crafted by renowned American artist Lawrence Newlan, will be unveiled by the inductee or a family representative. Our emcee, Karen MacNeil, chair of the CIA's Rudd Center for Professional Wine Studies, will then preside over the introductions of the Hall of Fame Inductees, Class of 2013.

6:30 p.m.
The Dinner in the Teaching Kitchens

Guests will move to the famous Teaching Kitchens of the CIA at Greystone where they will watch our chef-instructors and some of our top students in action preparing dinner for the walk-around meal. Everyone's favorite congressman, Mike Thompson, will also be at the range. Wines will be served by Hall of Fame winemakers assisted by students of our Advanced Wine and Beverage Certificate Program.
