CIA Announces Major in Applied Food Studies
The CIA is launching a new bachelor’s degree major in applied food studies, with classes to begin in January 2015 at the Hyde Park campus. The major offers students an in-depth understanding of global food resources, policy and cultures, and their interconnections.

Michael GarbinThree CIA Restaurants were among those restaurants earning the 2014 Achievement of Excellence Awards from the ACF this summer. In addition, nine CIA graduates were honored at the organization’s awards event held during the ACF national conference in Kansas City, MO.
